600kg/h Bugles Production Machine

1. This new installation is a complete industrial bugle crisps production line.
2. It is composed of automatic mixing machine, 3 sets of twin screw extruder of SLG70-CII, bugles forming machine, continuous frying machine, seasoning machine and matched conveyors.
3. The raw material is corn flour and wheat flour.
4. The bugles production capacity can reach 600kg/h.
5. Besides bugles, it can also produce other fried crisps: sticks, fish shapes, pillow, screw, chips etc. It can also make other shapes of fried crisps for making salanti snack.
6. This whole crisps production line has high automation from a to z. As you could see from the testing video, it only needs 1 person to weigh and feed the raw material, and 1 person to operate the control panels, and extra 1-2 persons to monitor the whole production.
